We’ve all seen the newsstands filled with magazines, dripping with pictures of One Direction, 5 Seconds of Summer and so on, and wished the same magazines were covered with Jedward stories and posters.  Without a massive marketing machine this is going to be difficult, but it’s not impossible to get John and Edward in a few magazines.  It all boils down to demand.

Newspapers publish articles about a particular subject, and if it receives a lot of attention (ie sales, comments online) they write more articles.  The same can be said for magazines.  If enough fans (and it doesn’t have to be many) contact magazines, be it by email, post, twitter, Facebook etc, asking for a poster and/or an article about Jedward, chances are the response will be favourable.  This doesn’t mean spamming the magazines – that is, one person sending the same tweet (or a variation of the same…
