Niall Horan is currently recovering from surgery to repair torn ligaments in his knee, and fellow countrymen John and Edward Grimes (aka Jedward) know a thing or two about the operation he’s just been through.

Back in 2010 Edward tore a cruciate ligament while performing at T4 On the Beach that year, and had the same surgery.

This morning the twins had the following encouraging tweets to offer Niall:
